Product Warranty

All products available at likebrands.gr are covered by the legal two (2) year warranty, in accordance with applicable Greek and European legislation. The warranty is valid from the date you receive your order.

What the Warranty Covers

The warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects, meaning faults caused by the product’s manufacturing or materials and not by external factors.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover:

• Usage Damage
• Drops or impacts
• Moisture or oxidation
• Mechanical damage
• Surface deterioration
• Damage to cables or ports caused by use

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If your product develops an issue, contact us by email before sending anything back. Please send us a description of the issue, photos of the product and a copy of the purchase receipt or invoice. Each request is reviewed individually, and we will inform you whether we proceed with a technical inspection.

Shipments sent without prior communication with us will not be accepted.

Inspection Result

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will replace the product free of charge. The replacement product will be shipped at our expense. If you wish to replace it with another product from our store, you will only pay the price difference.

If no manufacturing defect is found, your product will be returned to you with return shipping costs based on weight:

The cost is calculated based on either the actual or volumetric weight, whichever is greater.

Sending the product for inspection implies acceptance of these terms.

If you received the wrong or a defective product, this procedure does not apply. Please contact us immediately and refer to our Return Policy.
