Returns & Product Withdrawal
If you experience any issue with the product you received, or if you would like to return or exchange it, we are here to assist you quickly and easily.
General Return Terms
Returns must be made using the courier company selected during your order. It is not possible to change the courier company during the return process.
The product must be returned in its original condition, with undamaged packaging and all included accessories (gifts, inserts, etc.).
You may open and inspect the product as you would in a physical store. However, if the product has been used, shows signs of use, or is missing accessories, the return cannot be accepted and the item will be sent back to you with return shipping charges.
Withdrawal Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted after opening the packaging for:
- Earphones and headphones (handsfree, Bluetooth, earbuds, in-ear)
- Beauty or personal care products that come into contact with the skin or body

Return shipping costs are calculated based on weight:

If you would like a new product: The value of the product you already paid for will be used toward the new product and the return shipping costs. If the new product has a higher price, the difference will be charged using the same payment method as the original order. If there is any remaining balance, it will be issued as store credit for a future purchase.
If you would like a refund: The purchase amount will be refunded minus the return shipping costs within 14 calendar days.
Refunds are processed according to the original payment method:
- Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Iris, PayPal, Klarna, Viva, etc.: the refund is made to the same card or account used for the payment. Processing time depends on the issuing bank.
- Cash on Delivery: refunds are made only to Alpha Bank, Piraeus Bank, or Eurobank accounts. Please send us your bank account details during our communication.
⚠ Refunds to accounts from other banks are not possible due to interbank transfer fees.

Wrong or Defective Product
If you receive a wrong or defective product, please contact us immediately and do not use the item. Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days free of charge.
Once we receive the product, a technical inspection will be carried out. If the issue is confirmed, we will either send a new product for replacement or issue a refund within 14 calendar days.
Warranty & Technical Inspection
The warranty exclusively covers manufacturing defects. The following are not covered:
- Usage Damage
- Drops or impact damage
- Moisture or oxidation
- Mechanical damage
- Surface deterioration from everyday use
- Damage to cables or ports caused by usage
If no manufacturing defect is found after inspection, the product will be returned to you with the return shipping charges.
Sending a product for inspection implies acceptance of the above terms.
