Return Instructions

If you need to return or exchange a product, please follow the steps below so the process can be completed quickly and without delays.

Before Sending the Product

  1. Contact us by phone at 24410 61112 (Mon–Fri, 10:00–18:00) or by email at info@likebrands.gr before proceeding with the return.
  2. Pack the product carefully, preferably in its original packaging, to ensure it remains protected during transport.
  3. The product must be in excellent condition and include all accessories (unless it is a defective product).
  4. Place the purchase receipt or invoice inside the package.

Return Shipping

The shipment must be made according to the instructions provided by our team.

If You Request a Product Exchange

  • Inform us in writing about the product codes and colors of the items you would like to receive as exchange.
  • Please do not place a new order through the e-shop; the exchange will be processed through the return procedure.

If You Request a Refund

  • Send us your bank account IBAN in writing (Alpha Bank, Piraeus Bank, or Eurobank).
  • If you request a refund to another bank, transfer fees will apply and will be charged to you.
